Indoarijski tajemnytsi UKRAINY
by Stepan Nalyvajko
This is second book of a known eastolog-indolog and is dedicated to ukraine-iran-india ethnic, linguistic, historical, mythological, folkloristic and cultural connections. In his first book “Sanskrit tells Secrets” the author told us that in this area we can expect many surprises and discoveries. This new book completely proved it.
Wide usage of Indian and Iranian linguistic and cultural materials allowed to view present Ukrainian reality in a new light, explain many names, terms, and show that names like Rus, Ukraine, Ukrainians, Cossack, go deeply into millennia, and that history of Ukraine took place together with the histories of the most ancient civilizations on Earth.
Stepan Nalyvajko is a dean at the Institute of Ukrajinoznavstva and a professor at the Kyiv National University of T. Shevchenko.
